Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom cut l track is non-returnable. We do not cover the cost of return postage but can provide a low cost label at a request from the customer and cost will be deducted from the returned item amount. For international returns, postage must be purchased by the customer.

If the products arrive with visible or mechanical defects, please describe the issue and we will get you sorted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We do not store credit card information.

Shipping times are quoted at checkout and we do our best to fulfill orders within 1 business days. Please allow for fulfillment time in shipping quotes. Weekend orders will begin shipping on Monday in the order in which they were received.
